HOW TO REGISTER

Registration, hotel booking, excursions on sundays and payment of the conference fee is handled by the external company AUSTROPA Interconvention.To register for the conference and book a room in the pre-booked hotels please use the Registration Form.

The Local Organizing Committee noticed that a service provider called Exhibitors Housing Management or Exhibitors Housing Marketing or EHM has contacted a number of individuals who are attending the EPS-HEP2015, quoting the event, to offer hotel reservation services.

Please note that Congress organizers did not authorize them to contact participants. If you are contacted by EHM by phone or emails using the EPS-HEP2015, the name of our partner Austropa Interconvention or our name, and offering hotel reservation services, we urge participants not to sign anything sent by EHM.

Be informed that the Conference Organizers are not affiliated with this companies in any way.
